I’ve finally settled on early morning as my favorite time to work out. I have the most energy in the morning. It’s a little sunny and by the time I am done a great workout, the sun rises. It’s really nice feeling, and so energized.

By all means, it is an inspiration to look at someone , who has a perfect body, like Anthony Burgess.
