It’s snow time in many places…we just had one today and everywhere is still covered in white and looks so great. Well, It’s always nice to look while it falls but it’s really pain on the neck when it melts and so there is actually nowhere better than to stay in somewhere warm!!! I’ve finally settled on early morning as my favorite time to work out. I have the most energy in the morning. It’s a little sunny and by the time I am done a great workout, the sun rises. It’s really nice feeling, and so energized.

By all means, it is an inspiration to look at someone , who has a perfect body, like Anthony Burgess.
